Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new energy drink to my log?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, select your drink type, and enter the amount consumed. You can also customize the caffeine and sugar content if needed.

Can I set custom daily limits for caffeine and sugar?

Yes! Go to Settings > Daily Limits to customize your caffeine and sugar targets based on your health goals and recommendations.

How do I change my accent color?

Tap the color wheel icon in the top navigation bar, then select your preferred accent color from the available options.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted, and we never share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I export my tracking data?

This feature isn't available yet. We're working on adding data export options in a future update!

What should I do if I reach my daily limit?

When you reach your daily limit, the app will show a notification. Consider switching to water or other non-caffeinated beverages for the rest of the day.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app. Since Energeia stores everything locally, nothing remains after deletion.

Does Energeia work offline?

Yes! Energeia works entirely offline.

Will my data be backed up?

Energeia stores your data locally. If you uninstall the app, your data will be lost unless you back up your device.
